I recently had the privilege of participating as a speaker at the FIDIC Saudi Conference, held at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences – Financial District. This exceptional event brought together some of the most respected and experienced practitioners of FIDIC Contracts from across the industry and the region.
During the conference, I delivered a presentation on Prolongation Cost Entitlements under FIDIC Contracts 1999 and 2017, incorporating key insights from the Society of Construction Law (SCL) Protocol. It was an engaging discussion with a highly informed and participative audience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such an important topic within the field of construction law and contract management.
