Contract management is rarely a quiet discipline, and this week it gets its own stage.
I’ll be joining the FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) Townhall as a speaker, alongside Rami Ismail, to support a fireside chat led by Jaime Gray and Andrea Chao. My role is to bring in perspective and questions from the field, so the conversation stays as practical as the contracts we work with.
