Last week, the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors successfully hosted SIBER 24 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, bringing together industry leaders and professionals to focus on the “Effective Management of Delay and Disruption Claims in Construction.” The event provided valuable insights, particularly with a spotlight on the Sri Lankan construction industry.
I had the honor of being one of the speakers at this esteemed event. During my session, I shared my expertise on the Claims Administration mechanism in FIDIC Forms of Contracts 1999 and 2017, discussing the intricacies and best practices in this critical area.
