Transforming NEOM Bay Terminal: Preparing for Sindalah’s Opening

As we gear up for Sindalah’s grand opening, one of the key milestones in NEOM’s journey, I’m proud to share my involvement in the renovation of NEOM Bay Terminal—a crucial project ensuring a world-class arrival experience for our guests and stakeholders.

In my role as Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) for NEOM Airports (Air Mobility), I had the privilege of overseeing this transformation, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives while driving execution, coordination, and risk mitigation.

Key Focus Areas:
✔ Strategic Oversight: Ensuring the renovation supports Sindalah’s launch and elevates the passenger experience.
✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with stakeholders across Operations, Procurement, ETSD, ENOWA, and others to keep the project on track.
✔ Risk & Timeline Management: Fast-tracking approvals, addressing potential challenges, and ensuring project readiness for Sindalah’s opening.

This renovation is more than an infrastructure upgrade—it’s about setting new standards in luxury, efficiency, and innovation at NEOM Airports.
